Format: 90-minute session (in-person or virtual)
Focus: Build a strong classroom community where every student belongs.
Teachers Will Learn:
β How hidden differences (ADHD, dyslexia, autism, anxiety) affect learning
β 2β3 easy strategies to boost engagement & reduce disruptions
β Language & routines that build belonging from day one
Outcome: Shared foundation β smoother classrooms, stronger relationships, fewer
behavior issues.


Tier 2
Practical Inclusion Strategies
Format: Half-day workshop (3 hours)
Focus: Tools that improve teaching, learning, and classroom flow.
Teachers Will Learn:
β Group strategies to reduce off-task behavior & increase focus
β Adaptations (movement breaks, visuals, flexible participation) that help all learners
β Classroom systems that promote independence & collaboration
Outcome: Ready-to-use strategies β less time managing behavior, more time teaching
β stronger student performance and teacher satisfaction.
Tier 3
School-wide Culture of Inclusion
Format: Year-long PD series (4β6 sessions across the school year)
Focus: Embed consistent practices across classrooms and grade levels.
Teachers Will Learn:
β How to align inclusion practices with SEL, MTSS, and school goals
β Differentiation & de-escalation strategies that prevent costly disruptions
β Tools to measure & sustain a culture of belonging
Outcome: Long-term gains in student achievement, reduced staff burnout, fewer costly
interventions, and a visible culture of inclusion.
