These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of The Year of Inclusion program (“Program”) provided by Educating Outside The Lines LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you (“School,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

The Year of Inclusion is an 8-month K–5 disability awareness and inclusion curriculum. It includes:

  • One (1) Inclusion Box per month (8 total) shipped to your school
  • Digital access to grade-level teacher portals with presentations, lesson plans, activities, and printable materials
  • License for use by the purchasing school only

2. License & Permitted Use

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Program materials for your school’s internal educational purposes.
  • Materials may not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed outside your school without our written consent.
  • Access may not be shared with other schools, districts, or individuals outside your organization.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Program materials
  • Record, reproduce, or publicly post Program videos or content without permission
  • Alter Program materials to remove copyright notices or branding

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are as agreed upon at checkout or in your purchase order.
  • All sales are final. No refunds are issued once materials have been shipped or digital access has been granted.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program materials are owned by Educating Outside The Lines LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Program.
